Miami-Dade County Reporting of Solicitation of Contributions (MD-ED 28)

Effective January 1, 2017 and in accordance with Sections 12-14.2.1 and 12-14.2.2 of the Code of Miami-Dade County, Miami-Dade County Elected Officers and Candidates for the offices of County Mayor, County Commissioner and Community Council as well as Municipal Elected Officers and Candidates must file form MD-ED 28 to publicly disclose when they commence solicitation activities for Political Committees, Electioneering Communications Organizations, Political Parties, and/or 501(c)4 organizations.
