MDFR Recruit Class #137 Graduation Ceremony |

Miami-Dade Fire Rescue (MDFR) will celebrate the graduation of its newest firefighter recruit class at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, May 3, 2019. The ceremony will be held at the MDFR Headquarters Training Center in Doral, Florida. After 24 weeks of training, the 17 trainees from Class #137 will officially receive their badges becoming full-time Miami-Dade Fire Rescue firefighters. The soon-to-be firefighters completed rigorous professional training providing them with the skills needed to protect and serve their community. “I’m very proud of the work these young first responders have accomplished,” said Fire Chief Dave Downey. “Please join me in congratulating Class #137 on a job well done."
