The new 2025-2026 Evaluation and Appraisal Report (EAR) process is starting. Please check back periodically for updates. Every seven years, Miami-Dade County reviews the Comprehensive Development Master Plan (CDMP), in accordance with Chapter 163 of the Florida Statutes, to determine if updates are necessary to reflect changes in state requirements and changes in local conditions. This process is also an opportunity to evaluate the County’s progress in implementing the goals, objectives, policies, maps and text of the CDMP since its previous EAR-based update. For more information, contact Alex Dambach, AICP, at [email protected].
