Please note: You will not be able to renew your registration online if your renewal notice contains any messages regarding insurance needed, customer, or registration stops found. Check for any stops or holds, or contact our office for more information.
To renew your vehicle registration online, you will need the following:
- PIN – you can find the Personal Identification Number (PIN) on the registration renewal notice
- Both license plate and birth date – you can find the license plate on the registration renewal notice. You will also need the birth date of the person who received the registration notice. If there are two registrants on the notice, either birth date is acceptable

In-Person Pickup
Online renewals submitted Monday through Thursday before 3 p.m., or Friday before noon may be available as soon as the same day. Under delivery options, select ''Pick up at a Tax Collector Office Location'' and select your desired location. Renewals paid Monday through Thursday after 3 p.m., or Friday after noon, will be available for pick up the next business day. Note: If you do not pick up within two business days, the registration renewal will be mailed to the address on record. Additional important things to note:
- Have your renewal notice, registration or license plate number, and proof of insurance available
- You should expect two emails: The first confirming your payment and the second to let you know when your registration is ready for pickup
- When you receive the ''ready for pickup” email, go to the location you selected and visit the customer check-in desk
- If someone else will be picking up your registration renewal, you must list their name when you complete the online transaction. Otherwise, only the listed owners will be able to pick up the registration
- You will need to show photo identification
