On Wednesday, July 15, Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava hosted a press conference to present the proposed County budget for Fiscal Year 2026-2027.

Miami-Dade County offices, courts, libraries and the Pet Adoption and Protection Center will be closed on Monday, Sept. 7, in observance of the Labor Day holiday. Take a look at County services affected and some helpful tips for a fun, and safe, holiday.

A 7.4-magnitude earthquake in western Colombia has caused widespread destruction, leaving families without food, clean water, medical care, and shelter. Miami-Dade County is mobilizing relief through donations, supplies and volunteers.

Donations being accepted include non-perishable foods, temporary household and essential supplies.
