Design Professional's Day Appointments and Queue Portal


MeetQ is Miami-Dade RER's online appointment scheduling system for various services offered by the department.
Select and sign up for either a queue service offered on a first-come first served basis (a virtual walk-in) or schedule a meeting with your plan reviewer to discuss your specific submittal virtually, on the phone or in-person at our office locations.

Enforcement Supervisors Obtain clarification on Neighborhood Code Compliance cases, Work Without Permit cases, Expired Permit cases, and Unsafe Structures by speaking with a Building Code Enforcement, Unsafe Structure, or Neighborhood Compliance Supervisors. Virtual MDPIC Monday - Friday 7:15 AM – 11:45 AM
Front Counter Services Submit building, certificate of use and public works permit application, submit reworks and flood elevations and other PIC front counter services. MDPIC Monday - Friday 7:15 AM – 3:45 PM
Homeowners and Small Business Owners Permitting Assistance Receive personalized step by step help to complete forms, get information about fees, submit your permit application and receive updates on the status of your application. Virtual MDPIC Monday - Friday 7:15 AM – 2:45 PM
On Demand Inspections Register to have a same-day virtual inspection for your Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing Permits. Virtual inspections are conducted between the on-site customer and a County inspector through a video call using WhatsApp on a smartphone or tablet. Virtual Monday - Friday 7:15 AM – 2:15 PM
Plan Reviewer Supervisors Get clarification on plan review comments, discuss rework fees, extend process numbers, or resolve other issues by speaking with a Building, Electrical, Roofing, Structural, Plumbing, Mechanical, Zoning, and/or Impact Fees Plan Review Supervisor. Virtual MDPIC Tuesday - Friday 7:15 AM – 11:45 AM
