Work under this Contract includes furnishing of all supervision, labor, materials, tools, and performing all operations required to construct the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents. Work includes but is not limited to removing an inground car lift and installing a new above ground car lift furnished by the County. Contractor to be responsible for all permits requirements. Refer to Article 2.02 of the Special Provisions additional Work details.
Technical Certification:
At the time of Bid and pursuant to the requirements of Section 10-3 of the Code of Miami-Dade County, Florida, and these Solicitation and Contract Documents, the Bidder must hold a valid, current, and active: Certificate of Competency as a General Mechanical Contractor, General Building Contractor, or General Engineer Contractor. Or State of Florida License contractor.
