UF/IFAS Miami-Dade County Extension to offer free plant and insect consultations on April 22 & 25

(MIAMI, April 17, 2015) – Miami-Dade County Extension master gardener volunteers will host two free plant clinics on Wednesday, April 22, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Merrick Park, and on Saturday, April 25, from 9 a.m. to noon at Ludovici Park.

Master gardeners will answer plant and gardening-related questions, offer information on composting and rain barrels, help diagnose plant problems, suggest plants that grow well in South Florida, teach how to control pest problems, and much more!

Merrick Park is located across from Coral Gables City Hall at 405 Biltmore Way at Coral Gables, Florida.

Ludovici Park is located at 17641 Old Cutler Rd., Palmetto Bay.
