Commissioner Kevin Marino Cabrera to Announce Groundbreaking of Ludlam Trail Towers, an Affordable Housing Project for Seniors

MIAMI-DADE – Commissioner Kevin Marino Cabrera and Miami-Dade County officials to host a press conference to announce the Groundbreaking of Ludlam Trail Towers, an affordable housing project for seniors.

“Our seniors struggling with rising costs across the board deserve access to safe and affordable housing," said Commissioner Cabrera. "I’m excited to see the construction of the Ludlam Trail Towers, which help the seniors of our district live out their golden years with dignity. Looking forward to continuing to work with our partners on initiatives to tackle our community’s housing crisis ."

The project, known as the Ludlam Trail Towers, is being developed to address the overwhelming need for affordable housing for the elderly in our community. The facility includes 64 one and two-bedroom units for low-income elderly residents and a multipurpose center.

Press conference will be held at the site of the new Ludlam Trail Towers on the Corner of Coral Way and 69th Ave on Tuesday, March 14th - 10:00 AM.
