Commissioner McGhee announces District 9 Halloween Community Tour
MIAMI-DADE – Commissioner Kionne L. McGhee is excited to announce the District 9 Halloween Community Tour, starting October 17 through October 31, at various locations throughout the district. The tour will bring families together for an unforgettable Halloween celebration with activities that include candy bags, kids’ fun zone, pizza, music, and games. These events are free and open to the public.
“We are thrilled to bring this Halloween experience directly to the families of District 9,” said Commissioner McGhee. “This event provides a safe, fun, and festive atmosphere, where children and their families can celebrate Halloween while connecting with their neighbors.”
The District 9 Halloween Community Tour is designed to create an inclusive and joyous environment for everyone. Families are encouraged to attend and participate in the various activities offered at each stop along the tour.
This year’s tour will stop at nine parks across District 9, offering an array of family-friendly entertainment for all ages. Each location will provide a safe and fun environment for residents to celebrate Halloween in their community.
