Senator Rene Garcia to Host Condo Town Hall to Address Critical Issues Impacting Condo Owners

MIAMI-DADE – Senator Rene Garcia will host a Condo Town Hall to provide a platform for condo owners to share their experiences and voice their concerns about pressing issues in condo communities on Thursday, October 17, from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Milander Center, 4800 Palm Ave., Hialeah, FL 33012.

This town hall will address rising property insurance costs, new reserve requirements, and challenges in association management, which have significantly impacted condo owners throughout Miami-Dade County. The event offers a critical opportunity for residents to engage directly with their elected officials and discuss the unique challenges they face in maintaining affordable and safe living conditions.

"This is your opportunity to share your experiences and make your voice heard," said Senator Garcia. "We want to hear from our condo community and work together to address the issues affecting them."
