The Miami-Dade Police Department is pleased to announce that Officer Mathew Larsh is being released from his therapeutic rehabilitation. On April 21, 2022 Motors Unit Officer Larsh was severly injured after colliding with an SUV while on duty. After numerous surgeries and extensive rehab officer Larsh is being released to return home. The Miami-Dade Police Department along with Encompass Health medical staff, and members of the community will be present to show their support for officer Larsh. Please join us as we support our brother as he will be returning home. Media is welcome to attend.
