Armed Vehicle Burglary

(Miami-Dade County, FL) -- 

 

 

 

The Miami-Dade Police Department, Town of Cutler Bay is investigating a vehicle burglary that left a female in distress.

According to investigators, on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at approximately 03:42 a.m., a male was in the area of SW 215 Street and SW 89 Avenue committing numerous vehicle burglaries. The victim observed the male inside her vehicle and confronted him. Subsequently, he brandished a firearm and pointed it at the victim, fled the area on foot and remains at large. 

Surveillance video captured the image of the subject and investigators are seeking the assistance of the community in identifying and/or locating this individual.
