Investigation into the death of a one year-old boy. |

The Miami-Dade Police Department, Homicide Bureau is conducting an investigation into the death of a one year-old boy. According to investigators, a 911 call was received in reference to a one year-old boy not breathing. Officers, along with Miami-Dade Fire Rescue personnel arrived to the scene and the baby boy was pronounced deceased. Investigators are interviewing the baby's mother to gather all pertinent information. The Medical Examiner was summoned to the scene to conduct an examination and determine the cause of death.
