The Miami-Dade Police Department, South District, General Investigation Unit is searching for a female that was taken against her will.
According to investigators, the victim works as a caretaker at a residence and when her co-worker arrived this morning, she noticed the victim was missing. The preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was at work, when a male knocked on the door. The victim opened the door and the subject began to beat her repeatedly. He then dragged her into a vehicle and drove away from the scene.
The investigation continues.
UPDATE #1: The subject has been identified and listed above. He has been arrested and charged accordingly.
Note: The media covered an incident earlier where human remains were discovered in the area of 130 Avenue SW 328 Street. As of this time, the remains are pending official identification by the Medical Examiner's Office.
UPDATE #2: The human remains recovered on December 8, 2021, in the area of SW 130 Avenue and SW 328 Street, have been identified by the Medical Examiner as Andreae Lloyd. Investigators have made the next of kin notifications.
