NW 17th Avenue Bridge closed to marine traffic

Due to a mechanical malfunction, Miami-Dade County’s Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTPW) has temporarily closed the NW 17^th Avenue Bridge to marine traffic.

As Miami-Dade County crews work to correct the issue, the bridge does remain open to vehicles and traffic patterns in the area have not been impacted.

Crews are working to resolve the problem and every effort is being made to reopen the bridge to mariners as soon as possible.
