Service Updates

• Veteran's Day Service:
  
  
  On Monday, November 11, 2024, in observance of Veteran's Day, Miami-Dade County Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTPW) will provide regular weekday service on Metrorail, Metromover, Metrobus, including MetroLink, and MetroConnect.

  
  

  Miami-Dade County offices will be closed, including all DTPW’s administrative, Customer Service and Special Transportation (STS) offices. However, STS customers can call the reservation number (305-871-1111) to reserve or cancel an STS trip.

Metrorail

• Single-Tracking schedule for Saturday, November 9 - Sunday, November 10, 2024:
  Track preventive maintenance and repair work is performed after 8:00 p.m. on weekdays and all day on weekends. In the areas where work is being done, northbound and southbound trains will alternate (single-track) service on the same track while maintenance is being performed on the opposite track.
  
  
  Saturday, November 9, 2024: Single-tracking scheduled all day.
  • Single-tracking from Historic Overtown / Lyric Theatre to Brickell stations.
  • Green Line trains will operate every 20 minutes until closing.
  • Orange Line trains will provide only Airport Shuttle train service between Earlington Heights and the Airport station with 15-minute frequency until closing.
  • Passengers traveling to and from the airport need to transfer at the Earlington Heights Station.

  Sunday, November 10, 2024: Single-tracking scheduled all day.

  • Single-tracking from Historic Overtown / Lyric Theatre to Brickell stations..
  • Green Line trains will operate every 20 minutes until closing.
  • Orange Line trains will provide only Airport Shuttle train service between Earlington Heights and the Airport station with 15-minute frequency until closing.
  • Passengers traveling to and from the airport need to transfer at the Earlington Heights Station.
  NOTE: To ensure you get to your destination on time during single-tracking, arrive at your train station a few minutes earlier, or track your train arrival with the GO Miami-Dade Transit App. You can also call Customer Services at 305-891-3131 to obtain more details on the single tracking schedule.

Metromover

• Metromover School Board Station:
  
  
  Starting Monday, April 1, 2024, the escalator and adjacent stairway at School Board Station will be closed as the escalator undergoes a complete replacement. 
  
  
  Please use the elevator on the west side of the station. Follow detour signs.

• Metromover Adrienne Arsht Center Station:
  
  
  Starting Monday, March 18, 2024, the stairs on the east side (next to the escalator) of the Adrienne Arsht Center Metromover station will be closed as work continues on the escalator replacement project.
