Contractor hits water main, causes temporary road flooding

(MIAMI, March 3, 2015) - A contractor working in the area of Marlin Road (Southwest 107 Avenue) and South Dixie Highway in Cutler Bay punctured a 10-inch water main. The Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department (WASD) will begin repairs to the pipe. The water line break has caused some temporary flooding on Marlin Road heading east from South Dixie Highway.

Commuters may want to avoid the area until repairs are complete.
