Traffic Advisory

(MIAMI, May 1, 2015) – The Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department (WASD) will be installing a 36-inch water main on Northeast 79th Street from Pelican Harbor Drive to Larry Paskow Way on Harbor Island beginning at 8 a.m. Monday morning, May 4, 2015. Eastbound traffic will be reduced from three lanes to two lanes for the first two weeks of the project. Work will take place from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays. This construction project is expected to be completed in six to eight weeks.

Commuters may want to avoid the area during the construction project.
