Traffic Advisory: Update on lane closures

(MIAMI, June 10, 2015) – The Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department (WASD) is repairing a 36-inch water main on Biscayne Boulevard and Northeast 35th Terrace. This emergency repair is expected to be completed in two weeks. Construction will occur 24 hours a day for the duration of the project.

During the first week, northbound traffic on Biscayne Boulevard will be reduced to one lane while two southbound lanes remain open. During the second week of repairs, southbound traffic on Biscayne Boulevard will be reduced to one lane and two northbound lanes will remain open.  Commuters may want to avoid the area.
