Transparency Report
The Transparency Report provides a summary of several exhibits showing all project-related procurement activities, project expenditures by funding source, and an update on the County's Consent Decree capital projects.
At the Oct. 3, 2017 Board of County Commissioners meeting, BCC adopted Ordinance 17-73 amending Section 2-8.2.12 of the Miami-Dade County Code related to the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department's Consent Decree and Capital Improvement Programs Acceleration Ordinance.
The Amendment authorizes the electronic publication of a report, known as the "Transparency Report," must be posted on the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department's home page in lieu of submitting paper reports to BCC agendas.
