Financial Disclosures and Outside Employment

Effective October 1, 2024, the Miami-Dade County Commission on Ethics and Public Trust has taken on the repository function for Miami-Dade County Financial Disclosure forms and Outside Employment Statements, pursuant to the Sec. 2-11.1. of the Miami-Dade Code, “Conflict of Interest and Code of Ethics Ordinance."

All forms and records can now be found on the Commission on Ethics and Public Trust’s website.

All county and municipal elected officials, board members, and certain employees have financial disclosure obligations. Depending on what position you hold in local government will determine what form you have to complete and whether to file it locally or with the state.
