Miami-Dade County's 311 Contact Center serves as a primary channel for accessing non-emergency government services and information in English, Spanish and Haitian Creole. Residents can call 311 to obtain information about local government services, report issues, request services and ask questions.

The 311 service is available through multiple channels, including phone, online, mobile app, email, social media and in-person visits. It is designed to provide a single point of contact for a variety of Miami-Dade County and City of Miami services, making it easier for residents to connect with their local government. By offering various contact methods and multilingual support, Miami-Dade County aims to enhance community engagement, streamline service delivery and ensure residents have access to the resources they need in the manner they prefer.

By dialing 311 or 305-468-5900 (outside Miami-Dade County), you can receive personalized customer service in English, Spanish or Haitian Creole.

The 311 Contact Center is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., while closed on Sundays and holidays. Individuals with hearing or speech disabilities can connect through Florida Relay by dialing 711.
