HOA Grant Program

Grant applications are no longer being accepted. 

The District 7 Homeowner Association (HOA) Grant Program offers financial support to HOAs located within Miami-Dade County Commission District 7. The funding provided through this program is designed to assist in the development of projects that serve a public purpose, promoting community well-being and enhancing the overall quality of life for all residents such as street lighting improvements, animal nuisance projects, playground installations, stormwater management projects and more.

Applications for the grant program will be accepted on Monday, Oct. 7 on a first come, first served basis for eligible projects. Applications submitted prior to this date will not be eligible. Please do not submit applications prior to Monday Oct. 7.
