Register your Miami-Dade Water and Sewer account
Registering your Miami-Dade Water and Sewer account is easy. By following the two steps, you will no longer need to have your account number handy each time you access your account. You will see new features, including graphical data on water and sewer usage.
To register your account, follow these simple steps.
Step 1. Register your email address and create a password.
Step 2. Enroll your account and validate the information on file to access your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Benefits:
- View payment and billing history
- View water-use history
- Update your contact information
- Stop and transfer service
- Enroll multiple water bill accounts under one user name
- Mobile-friendly
Although water service shutoffs and late fees remain suspended because of Miami-Dade County's State of Emergency declaration, customers are still encouraged to pay what they can, when they can, toward their water bill. Customer service staff can assist with creating payment plans so balances from multiple billing cycles do not continue to accumulate into larger balances. Most transactions can be completed online, such as paying your bills and signing up for paperless billing.
Read more about enrolling your account, or call the Customer Service Call Center at 305-499-8779, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
