Miami-Dade County Celebrates Global Recycling Day 2025

Join the Miami-Dade Department of Solid Waste Management (DSWM) in celebrating Global Recycling Day on March 18. This international observance highlights the importance of recycling in reducing waste, optimizing resources, and building a more sustainable future. DSWM will engage residents through special events and interactive experiences on Global Recycling Day, while also continuing its ongoing community outreach efforts to promote better recycling habits year-round.
Celebrate Global Recycling Day on 3/18
DSWM will host an information table at the Stephen P. Clark Center atrium, located at 111 NW 1st St, Miami, FL 33128, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, March 18, 2025. Learn more about the County’s recycling programs and pick up helpful resources on how to Recycle Right. Be sure to stop by and test your recycling knowledge, win prizes and learn how you can make a difference.
