Peeping Tom Arrested
MIAMI-DADE ( November 15, 2024 )–
The Miami-Dade Police Department's (MDPD) Hammocks District General Investigations Unit, arrested a peeping tom in Country Walk.
According to investigators, over the course of several months, MDPD Hammocks District received numerous reports of burglaries and peeping tom cases in the Country Walk neighborhood, located in Southwest Miami-Dade. On the evening of November 14, 2024, detectives observed the subject, 26 year-old Yoel Antonio Setien Martinez, once again kneeling in the bushes looking into yet another residence in the neighborhood. Detectives immediately rushed towards the subject and took him into custody. Post Miranda, the subject admitted to entering multiple victim's fenced backyards, staring at them through their windows, as well as exposing and pleasuring himself. The subject has been arrested and charged accordingly.
