MIAMI-DADE ( October 21, 2024 )– The Miami-Dade County International Trade Consortium (ITC) hosted a meeting with Nasser Al Naemi, Cultural and Education Attaché, and Kassem Ajineh Polanco, Economic Advisor, from the Embassy of Qatar in the U.S. The meeting focused on exploring potential collaborations aimed at promoting cultural exchanges, enhancing economic development, and strengthening bilateral relations between Miami-Dade County and Qatar.
This productive dialogue opened the door to exciting opportunities for fostering deeper cultural ties, which can serve as a catalyst for economic growth and investment in both regions. The meeting highlighted the important role that cultural diplomacy plays in driving business and trade opportunities, as well as the potential for both Miami-Dade and Qatar to collaborate on initiatives that align with their shared interests in education, arts, and economic development. Both parties expressed enthusiasm for exploring programs that would facilitate greater cultural understanding, while also laying the groundwork for long-term economic partnerships.
