Subject Arrested in Homicide Case
MIAMI-DADE ( April 02, 2025 )–
The Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office (MDSO) Homicide Bureau has arrested an individual in connection to the death of an unidentified, adult male.
According to investigators, MDSO uniformed deputies and Miami-Dade Fire Rescue (MDFR) were dispatched to a business located at 10702 NW 7 Avenue regarding an unresponsive, adult male that was inside an exterior cooler at the rear of the establishment. Upon arrival, MDFR determined the victim was deceased on the scene.
Through investigative means, detectives were able to identify and locate the subject, Oscar Rivera-Peraza. Upon speaking with investigators, he was arrested and charged accordingly.
