Parks Facility Reservation and Permits

You can reserve a park facility for your special occasion. There are options for large or small groups that fit your needs. Find out what you need and how to reserve an area today.

Registered party vendors are the only vendors that will be allowed into the Miami-Dade Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces Department for parties at picnic shelters, pavilions and cabanas. These party vendors have submitted all the required documents to conduct business in Miami-Dade County.

- Book at least one week in advance to ensure the park is staffed and prepared for the rental.
- Events with tents 10 feet by 12 feet or larger require a Short Term Event permit. Contact the venue for specific permit requirements.
- Registered party vendors are the only vendors allowed for parties at department picnic shelters, pavilions and cabanas.
- All facility reservations are subject to the clean-up rules and regulations. If permittees fails to comply, a clean-up fee will be charged.
- Facilities can be used for the following events:
