Attorney Profile

Sarah Davis has worked on a variety of litigation, legislative and transactional matters for the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department.  Additionally, she has handled a number of torts cases and appeals for the office, including arguments before the Third District Court of Appeals.

Before joining the County Attorney’s Office, Sarah worked at two large international law firms where she represented clients in complex litigation matters involving environmental issues, real estate development disputes, breach of fiduciary duty cases, telecommunication class actions and probate matters, including undue influence litigation.
