Miguel joined the Miami-Dade County Attorney’s Office in 2012. Before joining the Office, Miguel was in private practice where he represented clients in complex business disputes, construction litigation, insurance litigation, and class-action defense. Miguel has litigated before state and federal courts and arbitral panels.
