Ryan C. Zagare is a member of the Aviation Division of the County Attorney's Office, and previously served in the Office's Federal Litigation Section. Ryan earned his law degree from the St. Thomas University School of Law, where he was a Notes and Comments editor on the Law Review's executive board and a member of the moot court team. While in law school, Ryan interned for U.S. Circuit Judge Stanley Marcus and for Florida District Judge David Levy. Following law school, he served as a law clerk to U.S. District Judge Federico A. Moreno, then Chief U.S. District Judge for the Southern District of Florida.
Before joining the County Attorney's Office, Ryan was an associate at Kenny Nachwalter, P.A. in Miami, from 2010-2014, and later became a shareholder with the firm, from 2015-2017, where he litigated all manner of complex commercial cases.
