Cristina Rabionet is a litigator who has practiced in state and federal courts and before administrative tribunals. She handles a variety of cases, including zoning appeals, employee disciplinary appeals, and actions to enforce County regulations relating to the environment, animals, and unsafe structures. Additionally, Cristina advises the Board of County Commissioners, Planning Advisory Board, Community Zoning Appeals Boards, and Shoreline Development Review Committee on land use matters. Cristina also handles transactional and legislative work for the Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources, including the drafting and review of ordinances, resolutions, and contracts.
