Attorney Profile

Andrea de Ona joined the County Attorney's Office in 2023 as a member of the labor and employment law section. Since graduating from the University of Miami School of Law in 2019, Andrea has devoted her entire legal practice to the representation of management in labor and employment law matters.

Andrea routinely advises employers in issues involving Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FCRA, EPA, ERISA, FLSA, OSHA, FMLA, and all related harassment and retaliation claims. She also has extensive experience conducting workplace investigations and interacting with state and federal agencies, such as the U.S. Department of Labor and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
