Attorney Profile

Joseph Murray is a member of the Tort Liability & Medical Malpractice Section. Prior to joining the County Attorney's Office, he served as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Miami for over six years, during which he defended the City in tort litigation and handled various transactional matters. Joseph began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in Pinellas County for over seven years, during which he prosecuted a wide range of criminal offenses. He has also served his alma mater, Stetson Law, throughout his career having coached numerous mock trial teams and taught trial advocacy and advanced pretrial advocacy courses.
