Gregory d'Incelli is a member of the Tort Liability & Medical Malpractice Section. Gregory has extensive experience litigating personal injury and medical malpractice cases on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. Most recently prior to joining the County Attorney's Office, Gregory was a Plaintiff's attorney at a prominent Miami firm where he focused his practice on catastrophic personal injury cases and medical malpractice. Prior to that he spent nearly a decade working as defense counsel for some of the world's largest insurance company in high-stakes complex litigation.

Over the course of his career, Gregory has proudly served the legal and local communities having held several positions in Bar Associations as well as the Florida Bar. He is a past fellow of the Florida Bar's prestigious William Reece Smith, Jr. Leadership Academy, and has been repeatedly recognized by publications such as Florida Trend Magazine and Super Lawyers Magazine. Gregory is a cum laude graduate of the University of Miami School of Law and obtained his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College where he was a member of the varsity tennis team.
