Gabriel Costa joined the County Attorney's Office in 2024 and practices in the Tort Liability & Medical Malpractice section. Prior to joining the County Attorney's Office, Gabriel practiced in the areas of insurance defense and transportation litigation. His litigation experience has included the defense of a wide variety of motor vehicle accident, trucking accident, premises liability, medical and professional negligence, and general negligence matters. Throughout his career, he has successfully defended clients, including one of the largest transportation carriers in the world, from high exposure tort claims involving catastrophic injury, death, and high-dollar property losses.
