Assistant County Attorney
Valerie Toth joined the County Attorney's office in 2024 where she handles litigation matters. Prior to joining the County Attorney's office, Valerie was an associate at a large international firm where she represented clients in complex litigation matters and class actions in state and federal courts and in multi-district litigation (MDL) proceedings, including actions brought under various data privacy, false advertising and unfair trade practices, contract, fraud, and consumer protection laws and qui tam actions. She also represented clients in government investigations and in compliance matters. Prior to attending law school, Valerie worked at a foundation affiliated with the Organization of American States (OAS) where she secured strategic public-private partnerships in support of disaster relief, economic development, and social development projects throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.
