Attorney Profile

Narinah P. Jean-Baptiste joined the County Attorney's Office in 2024. Narinah is a member of the Land Use & Governmental Operations Section, handling a wide variety of matters relating to comprehensive planning and zoning. Prior to joining the County Attorney's Office, Narinah worked in private practice where she focused her practice on representing governmental entities in land use and planning, short-term rentals, transportation, and general government matters. Narinah also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Beth Bloom.
