Jose D. Vazquez joined the County Attorney's Office in 2024, and he is currently a member of the Land Use and Governmental Operations section where he works on state and federal litigation matters involving elections, Miami-Dade's charter and home rule powers, and the constitutionality of County ordinances. Prior to joining the County Attorney's Office, Jose clerked for two federal judges and practiced complex litigation at two national law firms. Jose also served as the 2023-2024 Supreme Court Fellow assigned to the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts.
