Attorney Profile

Danny Frastai is an experienced litigator in the Tort Liability and Medical Malpractice Section where he defends cases at both the trial and appellate level on behalf of the County and the Public Health Trust involving personal injury, premises liability, false arrest, malicious prosecution, negligent security, and property damage.

Previously, Danny was a member of Commercial Section, where he provided legal counsel and representation on commercial and transactional matters to the Board of County Commissioners and various County departments including the Miami-Dade Fire Rescue Department, the Miami-Dade Aviation Department, the Building Department, the Internal Services Department, the Department of Transportation and Public Works, the Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources, the Corrections and Rehabilitation Department, the Department of Cultural Affairs, the Solid Waste Management Department, and the Miami-Dade Police Department.
