Attorney Profile

Juliette R. Antoine joined the County Attorney's Office in January 2008. Juliette is an experienced transactional attorney. At the County Attorney's Office, Juliette assists the Finance Department with various matters, including municipal bond offerings and federal tax issues. Among Juliette's duties is assisting with Commissioner sponsored legislation as well as with issues concerning the Public Health Trust.

Between 1997 and 2000, Juliette worked on numerous multi-million dollar Finance transactions and nearly $2 billion dollars in mergers and acquisition transactions with Debevoise & Plimpton, LLP, one of the premier law firms in New York City.

From 2001 to 2007, Juliette practiced out of the Miami offices of White & Case LLP, an International law firm with global legal practices. Juliette's primary focus was mergers and acquisitions, finance and securities law transactions. Juliette also collaborated on the firm's recruiting and diversity committees.

Juliette received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1994 with a minor in political science. In 1997, she earned her Juris Doctor from the New York University. Juliette is a member of both the New York and the Florida Bar.
