This site is located near the intersection of Red Road and NW 158th Street, directly adjacent to the Miami Lakes Technical Education Center. In addition to the educational facilities, the area is predominately business park development with some retail strip commercial development on the east side of Red Road between 159th Street and the Palmetto Expressway. A large canal runs along the west side of Red Road, restricting pedestrian access to properties along that side of the roadway.
