This intermodal facility site is located at the intersection of NE 163rd Street and U.S. 1 (Biscayne Boulevard). The site area is mostly located in the City of North Miami Beach except for the area that is both east of U.S. 1 and south of 163rd Street, which is in the City of North Miami. The Florida East Coast (FEC) Railroad traverses the site parallel to U.S. 1. This intermodal center site will serve as a future connection point between several local bus routes and the planned Northeast Corridor high-capacity transit improvement.
