A Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Customer Service Representative will contact you if there is an issue with your request. For immediate assistance please contact our Customer Service Unit at 305-665-7477 during regular business hours: 8 a.m. through 7 p.m. (Monday through Friday - excluding holidays).

Note: Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department account information is considered a public record. However, Florida Statutes 119.071 provides for an exemption for specified individuals regarding their public information from being disclosed. If you qualify for this exemption, please fill out and send in this form.
