Withdrawal Process
Each lobbyist must update their account to indicate withdrawal as a Lobbyist or upon conclusion of representation of each principal; and alternatively, each principal shall be responsible for updating their account at the point in time at which a lobbyist is no longer authorized to represent the principal.
The lobbyist must report expenditures incurred on behalf of his/her client on July 1st following withdrawal from representation. A statement shall be filed even if there are no reportable expenditures during the reporting period.
