2.6 Other Stationery

Other stationery products (e.g. desk pads, envelopes, forms, etc.) may be ordered through Internal Services, or may be developed using only the approved template. These documents shall use the approved County fonts, and should be printed on standard paper. Only white, light yellow, light blue or light green stock may be used for desk pads; only white envelopes may be used. The determination of which employees should be provided specialized stationery shall be at the discretion of your department’s Director.
