Registration for Homeowners Associations (HOA)
The Regulatory and Economic Resources Department provides a registration service to Homeowners Associations within unincorporated Miami-Dade County that wish to register to receive information regarding zoning hearing requests for properties within the defined boundaries of the association's jurisdiction.
To register a Homeowners Association, obtain the registration form below and return the form to the Zoning Hearing Section at the following address. This service is provided at no charge.
