Kenneth M. Kilpatrick

Kenneth M. Kilpatrick is a veteran community leader and program executive with a wealth of knowledge in community development, community organizing, site residential affairs and safety strategies, LURA (Land Use Restriction Agreements) compliance and court-related pre-trial release and juvenile intervention programs on behalf of the 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida. 
 
Mr. Kilpatrick’s civic engagement and community leadership extends to currently serving as president of the Brownsville Civic Neighborhood Association, Inc., having served as a governing board member of the Stellar Leadership Academy, as past chair of the Brownsville Community Advisory Committee for the Miami-Dade Community Action Agency, past chair of the Alternative Programs, Inc., a member of the Miami-Dade Commission on Human Rights, and past chair of the Model City Community Advisory Committee for the Miami-Dade County Office of Community & Economic Development, among other organizations.

Some of his awards and recognitions include 2004 Outstanding Service to the Community for his work on the Brownsville Charrette Committee, 2019 Preservation Award, Brownsville Civic Neighborhood Association, Inc., 2019, among other accolades.
